The difference between the preferences of an aging Western society in contrast with empowered younger Chinese customer generations and their increasing design awareness plus growing spending power – to name just a few factors – are creating a new and different view on perceived quality.

Car Men has developed own methods to analyse constomer’s quality perception, depending on individual design taste, social milieu fit, brand preference and vehicle segment / body type.

We test and categorise quality perception sensual components like touch, smell, sound and sight (design).
The method is called the „Sensual Index“ and was developed by Car Men for our Car Clinic research enviroments
